Provider settings

Understand payment provider routing and available checkout methods.

In the dashboard this page is called Crypto Settings. It is where you choose who pays the fees on crypto payments and where you see which coins your customers can pay with.

Crypto payments settle to you in USDC. The badge at the top of the page shows the environment you are looking at (test or live).

What you can do here

  1. Choose who pays Yera's crypto platform fee.
  2. Choose who pays the provider and network cost.
  3. See which coins and networks your customers can pay with, for each USDC settlement network.

Crypto fees

The Crypto fees card shows Yera's crypto platform fee for this environment, as a percentage of the invoice. Yera sets this rate; you cannot change it here. If it shows "not configured", crypto payment assets are not offered until Yera configures it.

Who pays the platform fee:

  1. Customer pays: the fee is added to the amount the customer pays.
  2. Merchant pays: the fee is deducted from the USDC you receive.
  3. Shared: the customer pays a whole percentage of the fee, from 1% to 99%, and you pay the rest.

Who pays the provider / network cost:

  1. Merchant pays: provider and network costs are deducted from your USDC.
  2. Customer pays: provider and network costs are included in the customer's quote.

Choose Save crypto fees to save. Your choices apply to new crypto payments only: a payment that has already started keeps the fees it started with. Crypto fees are separate from Plans & billing.

If the page asks you to confirm your fees

If you saved a crypto fee preference before these settings existed, the page may show one of these messages:

  1. Carried over from your earlier crypto fee setting: nothing changed for your customers. Save to confirm the choices.
  2. Confirm your crypto fees — new crypto checkout payments are paused: what your earlier preference meant is not certain. Until you review the choices and choose Confirm crypto fees, customers cannot start a new crypto payment. Payments already under way are not affected.
  3. Confirmed by Yera support: support recorded your choices from your earlier setting. You can change them at any time.

Supported payment assets

This list is managed by Yera and is read-only. It shows the coins and networks your customers can pay with at checkout, grouped by network, for each USDC settlement network (Polygon and Base). A settlement network marked "no wallet" does not have a USDC settlement wallet of yours yet.

For each coin and settlement network you see one of these:

  1. Available for your payments, with a minimum amount in USD where one applies.
  2. Unavailable, with the reason. For example: add a USDC settlement wallet on this network, confirm your crypto fee settings first, below the provider minimum, not supported with your platform fee setup, network temporarily paused, or temporarily unavailable.
  3. Add a refund wallet for a network (or a note that Yera cannot check refund addresses on that network yet): Yera still has to finish setting up refunds on that network. This is Yera's step; there is nothing for you to add. Your customers are not offered that coin until it is done.
  4. Not launched for this settlement yet: Yera has not switched the coin on for this settlement network.
  5. Not offered for this settlement: Yera does not offer the coin for this settlement network.

If no coin is listed, the page shows "No payment assets offered yet": Yera has not switched on any crypto payment asset for this environment.

Read-only access

If your organization role can review these settings but cannot change them, the page shows "Read-only access". If your permissions cannot be checked, the settings stay read-only until the check recovers.

When to check this page

Check this page when:

  1. You want to change who pays the crypto fees.
  2. The page asks you to confirm your crypto fees.
  3. A customer asks whether they can pay with a coin.
  4. A coin you expect is missing from your crypto checkout.

What to do if a coin is unavailable

Follow the reason shown next to the coin. If it asks for a settlement wallet, add one in Wallets & Settlements. If it asks you to confirm your crypto fees, review and confirm them on this page.

If the coin is still unavailable, contact support with the coin, its network, the settlement network and the reason shown.
