Wallets & Settlements

Manage merchant settlement destinations by environment, asset, and network.

Wallets & Settlements controls where supported merchant settlement is sent.

Settlement destinations are managed in the Yera Connect dashboard so merchants do not need to enter wallet addresses inside every plugin or checkout method.

This is the authoritative screen for new Payment Links, dashboard-created sessions, API checkout sessions, and WooCommerce checkout. A destination is usable only when it is active for the exact merchant, environment, asset, and network selected by the checkout flow.

Supported settlement destinations

The current settlement model supports USDC destinations on:

  1. Ethereum
  2. Polygon
  3. Base
  4. Solana

Route availability and live activation can still depend on the merchant account, environment, and provider capability.

What merchants configure

  1. The dashboard's current environment
  2. Settlement network
  3. USDC receiving address compatible with that network
  4. Verification or approval status

Each environment and network has its own settlement destination and readiness state. A Test destination must not be used for Live checkout, and a destination configured for one network must not be treated as ready for another network.

Address formats

Ethereum, Polygon, and Base use EVM-style addresses. Solana uses a different address format.

Always copy the public receiving address from a wallet that supports USDC on the selected network. Never reuse an address only because it looks similar to an address accepted by another network.

WooCommerce wallet behavior

The WooCommerce plugin does not ask for a wallet address. Settlement destinations stay under the merchant account owner inside Yera Connect.

This keeps store setup separate from settlement administration. Store managers connect the plugin with API credentials; Yera resolves the active destination for the API key's environment and checkout network from Wallets & Settlements.

Before live checkout

Confirm:

  1. The correct environment is selected.
  2. The public receiving address is correct.
  3. The selected network matches the wallet address.
  4. The destination supports USDC on that network.
  5. The required verification or approval is complete.
  6. A sandbox checkout has been tested for the same settlement route.

Common settlement errors

Checkout activation is blocked when no active compatible destination exists for the exact environment, asset, and network, or when required verification and activation are incomplete.

What merchants should never do

Never enter a seed phrase, private key, wallet password, recovery phrase, or exchange login details. Yera Connect only needs the public receiving address and any supported ownership-verification evidence.

Do not change a live settlement destination during an active launch without running another controlled test.
